The Timuza Coffee Cooperative represents over 200 smallholder farmers of the Kamano tribal group. Varietals include Arusha, Mundo Novo and Typica. Fully washed and patio dried.

Coffees from Papua New Guinea have become one of our favorites. An amazing cup of medium-bodied coffee with low acidity and a subtle sweetness, with cupping notes of dark chocolate, raisin and toffee.
