Ethiopia Kembata coffee comes from the fertile, high-altitude soils of Durame Village in the Kembata region, known for its heirloom coffee varietals. This naturally processed coffee undergoes a 36-48 hour wet fermentation before being sun-dried on raised beds. The result is a complex, fruit-forward cup with notes of Blueberry, Brown Sugar, Raspberry and Jam. Bright, juicy, and smooth.
